Payment and Dispatch 

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Denmark) and the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Denmark): We charge a flat shipping fee of 65 Kr. (DKK) per order.
Deliveries abroad: We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Germany: €16.00
Switzerland: €16.00
Liechtenstein: €16.00
Netherlands: €16.00
Poland: €16.00
Austria: €16.00
Luxembourg: €16.00

From an order value of €700.00, we deliver abroad free of charge.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Denmark) within 3 – 8 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 – 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
